At Sociedad de Tasación we have specialized in preparing valuation reports and certificates since 1982. Since then, we have issued more than 4 million valuation reports and certificates for all types of assets.

ST has a specific department for BUSINESS VALUATIONS AND SUSTAINABILITY, made up of a team of financial analysts who are experts in sustainable aspects and certified as such. We are specialized in ESTABLISHING MEASUREMENT CRITERIA, especially in unlisted companies, where the level of information is less accessible and it is necessary to establish specific indicators that can measure sustainability in all its aspects.

Our work is focused on ACCESS TO FINANCING AND SUSTAINABLE INVESTMENT. Sustainability criteria are increasingly relevant in access to financing for companies and projects. It is necessary to establish precise criteria, transversal to any sector of activity, so that risk policies reflect the needs of financial entities, investors and clients.

We can measure the sustainability performance, in its environmental, social and corporate governance aspects, of a given asset, be it a company, a corporate group, an isolated line of business or a specific project, evaluating the degree of compliance with a series of specific and specialized indicators by sector, according to the methodology and standards of the European Federation of Financial Analysts (EFFAS).
